Direct Debit Facility
The opportunity to pay 11/12 fees via the online Direct Debit scheme has now ended. No new Direct Debit instructions can now be accepted. Students with an existing Direct Debit mandate wanting to change bank details should email details (including their MMU ID number) at least 2 weeks prior to the payment dates as follows:Tuition fees: tuitionfeeenq@mmu.ac.uk
Accommodation fees: hallfeeenq@mmu.ac.uk
We cannot guarantee any amendments will be made if you notify us within 2 weeks prior to the payment dates.
Payments can still be made online using PayOnline (please quote your key code if your payment relates to Accommodation fees, but if you have any difficulty with paying through this method, payments can be made at the Accommodation Office) or at any Faculty Finance Office.
For information, if you have already set up a direct debit mandate, your payments will be taken on (or around) the following dates:
Tuition fees: (3 equal instalments)
1st November 2011
19th January 2012
26th April 2012
Accommodation fees: (2nd and 3rd Instalments)
19th January 2012
26th April 2012
If you still wish to pay your fee in instalments please contact the Credit Control team, on 0161 247 1852, or Faculty Finance Office in order to set up an instalment plan. Alternatively contact Credit Control by email creditcontrol@mmu.ac.uk immediately to agree suitable arrangements.
